us, and we are committed to protecting it.

rights of our users and stipulates the way we collect,
use, store, share, and protect your information across
our website, software applications (“App”), payment
platforms, and any other tools, irrespective of how you

Retention
In line with the record preservation
requirement of the Money Laundering (Prevention and Prohibition)
Act, 2022 (As Amended), we will retain your personal
data for a minimum period of five (5) years after
your relationship with us has ended. This is to enable
us to fulfill the relevant purposes set out in this
policy
and to comply with regulatory obligations. However, we
may retain personal data for longer periods if it is
in our legitimate business interests and required to
comply with applicable laws. We will continue to use
and disclose such personal data in accordance with this
Privacy Policy.
Minors
Our Site is not intended for use by minors
under the age of eighteen (18) years. No one under age 18 may
provide any information to the website. We do not
knowingly collect personal information from children
under 18. If you are under 18 years old, please do not
provide any personal data even if prompted to do

Based on Cameroon data protection laws, please find
below the rights you have as a user concerning your

Right to request that K-Wallet Africa

to erase your personal information. Please note that
this is a limited right which applies where the

is where the applicable law requires K-Wallet Africa to
retain a historical archive or where we
retain a core set of your personal information to
ensure we do not inadvertently contact you in
the future, where you object to your data being used
for marketing purposes.

information that you provide, which may be incorrect, out
of date, or inaccurate. You also have the right to ask
us to complete information you think is
incomplete.

Right to object to the processing of your
personal information for marketing purposes. You have a

purposes by adjusting your notification preference
on the settings page or by opting out via the
unsubscribe link in marketing emails we send you.

Right to object to processing: You have
the right to object to the processing of your Personal
Information in certain circumstances. Please note that
where you object to us processing your
Personal Information, we might be unable to provide the
